We recorded our set from the loft on New Years Eve, mastered it and uploaded it to the superweb highway for your listening pleasure. Here is the tracklisting and the story of how it rolled out. HC - Gold (White) - Its New Years Eve and we are here to party so one of the biggest D & B party tunes of the year gets an early shout. You probably won't find this bootleg on commercial mixes. High Contrast turning Kanye's bluesy Gold Digger into a cult piece of future funk....

Unknown - Keep On Pushin (Pushin) - Staying with the Bootleg pressure we introduce Curtis Mayfield to the proceedings. Samples speeded slightly rather than slowed but it works and the break always brings a cheer.

Rhythm Beater vs Benny Page - Dub Room remix (Cutterz Choice) - Representing one of 2006's hottest and most profilic. Benny Page brings the dub. Try not to sing along. 'You are an old fool, you are an old foo oo oool!'..... see...

Drunken Masters - Better Believe (Benny Page Remix) (Dope Ammo) - 10 brownie points to anyone who can remind me what the big hip-hop tune he sampled is called.. reminds me of too many B52s in the Camel Club when i used to go out in the days before i settled down and became a DJ.. think this tune has four different basslines too..

Twisted Individual - Hand Grenade (Grid) - We are nearly halfway so time to get gritty.. TI with a bassline that doesnt come much dirtier.. raw mate...

Agent Alvin - Weight Watcher (Gain) - Arrived just in time for NYE and as it rocks it was meant to get played.. big orchestral horns and strings blended with mad synths and frenetic beats...

Logistics - Spacejam (Cyantific remix) (Hospital) - The alien invasion continues with one of the best remixes around. Cyantific's mothership ensnares Logistics' escape pod in their tractor beam and drag him deeper into the outer reaches...

Ed Rush & Optical - Pacman (Ram Trilogy remix)(Virus) - Back in time for an oldie but goodie. This dream combo fuse Atari samples with dark growling anti-matter...

Nu:Tone - Missing Link (Hospital) - A tune so simple and spacious which has never failed to completely and utterly rock. Serious production skills on show and a bassline that you feel rather than hear..

Noisia & Teebee - Shower for an Hour (Subtitles) - A future classic and a great trackname! Switched up samples that tease and tease before smashing the place to bits..

Skynet - Runaway Child (SDR) - Like Nu:Tone's Missing Link this is simple yet effective. Picking up the pieces after Noisia & Teebee we take a deep, minimal breath and let the raw Rez-like bassline tell the tale as it unfolds...

FSOL - Papua New Guinea (Papa) - A very difficult track to redo but this d & b remake of the timeless dance classic works and works very well.. you decide..

Ben Westbeech - Get Closer (Rockers mix / Lovers mix) (Brownswood) - Man of the moment and many more moments to come gets some two copy action. Taking things out in style the ridiculous Rockers mix gets phased into the Lovers mix for a fitting encore. A special moment as the Rockers and Lovers of Chibuku get a little bit closer...

He definately is. We had him on one of the Liverpool Music Week events. The guys has a tight performance Djing and singing at the time.
