Probably not. The ticket sales go to the promoters to cover their expenses/bookings etc. The bar take goes to the venue.

The only place that might work (in theory) is, for example, a place like Sankey's where the venue and promoter is the same person/company.

there are however promoters who also take the bar who will never lower the price...
