YOU KNOW IT!!!For the first appearence in a long while we did no doubt get the Chester people out and dancing, with the City Bar Basement near on ram packed I thought we were going to have to turn people down!!
Johnny 1 Move and Niel played played some awsum cutting edge breaks,I cant get over how well Johnny can scratch and get the crowd going - quality DJ !!!!

JAMES PORTER & EWAN FINDLEY (BTB RESIDENTS)
Matt White and Chriss Russel are the Bristol lads who make up the Beat Monkeys. Playing out on 4 decks and 2 mixers the pair throw everything possible into their sets - breaks, funk, house, hip hop, electro - it all works and they scratch all over it. The Beat Monkeys have played allongside the Sratch Perverts, Krafty Kuts, Herbiliser, the Stanton Worriors, the Doves (DJ Set) and the late John Peel.Their perormances have ensured them gigs throughout the UK and abroad. In Bristol,Belfast,London, Glastonbury Festival,Creamfield, Eden (Ibiza) and the Lake Of Stars Festival (Malawi). The media have also turned their attention to the scratching duo and The Beat Monkeys have been featured heavily in Mixmag.
