Finnaly the long wait is over and SEEDY PLAYER will be playing their debut gig. After 2.5 years of cultivating their forthcoming album, SEEDY PLAYER have been working to produce a live sound that is unlike anything you will hear today. With a completely organic mix of live bass, drums, vocals, and acoustic and dark heavy beats and electronics, SEEDY PLAYER draw on influences from dub, drum and bass, electronica, acoustic music, and trip hop. Comparisons have been made to Portishead and Future Sounds Of London but the sound is distinctly their own. The band have yet to release their album or play a live show and the response and buzz to the music has been tremendos. This is definatly not a gig to be missed!!

SEEDY PLAYER will be performing at a low key gig at Django's Riff (formerly Beluga Bar) before they begin promoting their forthcoming album. The event is called C.I.A. and we will be playing alongside other fine electonica and rocking bands such as VANDAL IN BERLIN, MAJOR MAJOR, and CONNECTING FLIGHT (formerly the negatives)

C.I.A is a charity fundraising event for indian charities working with impoverished people of all ages providing them with education and a better standard of life. There will be raffles on the night and ways for you to donate should you choose to! get involved!
