Hi People...
As the nights start to draw in we are dusting off our dancing shoes and getting back to the City Bar, Its nice that we have the honour of Ewan, he`s come back from Leeds to attend his residency at one of the most fresh underground electronic nights in Chester, BTB @ The City Bar has had a long reputation of throwing a intense party in a small intimate club but as we have had our heads in the sand for some time now as Ewan has been twiddlin knobs producing his latest tracks through the summer which are sounding wicked you might even hear him throw some of his stuff in on his Ableton Live set and for James.....hes just a lazy bugger..

Johnny`s Dj Bio
The diminutive Johnny One Move has just had one of those years. Just over 18 months ago he was asked to be Chibuku’s newest resident – positions of which are rarer than rocking horse shit – and it started a whirlwind period of sold-out gigs in Liverpool, requests flying in from all over the country for Johnny to play, finding his incredible deck skills in constant demand. From old school hiphop to party and rip-roaring breaks, Johnny’s skills and verve have won him countless plaudits, a man who have given many more established names (but we can’t name them) a dose of extreme stage embarrassment. Not content with rocking Pacha’s Global Room with Krafty Kuts (“This guy’s on fire”), not satisfied with playing Shrewsbury’s Planet Of The Breaks and straight after finishing being asked to be their resident, wanting more after helping The Roots’ Rahzel rock Chibuku, Johnny continues to blaze a trail that recently included The Lake Of Stars Festival in Malawi, playing alongside DJ Yoda, and hosting Belfast’s esteemed Shine on New Year’s Eve. One promoter thinks Johnny is “more animated than Pixar” when he plays, and during his sets there is no pause for breath – not just a crowd conjurer though his music, but one of the most infectious movers you’re likely to see on the right side of the decks. To top it all off, 2003 saw Johnny crowned "Northwest Turntablism Champion" at The Magnet, while his debut appearance in the DMC saw him placed a respectable 3rd in the Northern. Johnny has been getting about a bit in the last two years playing alongside names like Prime Cuts, Cash Money, Photek, Plus 1, LTJ Bukem, Cash money, Swamp, Rahzael, Krafty Kuts, Mr Scruff and Scissorkicks in Liverpool, and in Manchester alongside Evil9, Skool Of Thought, Electrosluts and The Gooseman, courteousy of his Fuse connections.
Hope to see you down there guys
