HELP!!! Venue Needed 12th August

We're getting married on 11th August and as well as a standard wedding reception on the Friday we had booked the Lemon Lounge on Saturday 12th to have a proper rave up, starting early so we can make the most of the roof terrace, with lots of mates playing and topped off with Johnny 1 Move as an extra special guest.

We booked this in March. However 2 days ago when I rang up to check a few details I was told that they had double booked us with a regular hard house night. Obviously we are REALLY pissed off, especially as we booked it so far in advance and it seems that the 'regular' night has only been running for a couple of months. Also lots of our friends and family have booked the extra night in hotels Liverpool just for this.

It doesn't look like we can do much to actually get the Lemon Lounge now though if they've decided we can't have it, so does ANYONE know of anywhere where we could move it too. Ideally we wanted somewhere we could start early and put some food on, but at the moment I think we'll consider anywhere!!

We've tried Hannah's and Varsity but they are booked, apparently the Cello lounge has closed, Modo and Bumpers would let us have our own room, but not our own DJs (which defeated the point), we've been trying to get in contact with Bar Fresa but haven't had an answer yet and according to Outlar the Magnet is booked. We're running out of ideas!

kebab house on hardman street? you'd need to get your own soundsystem but it's a surprisingly good venue... been to some wicked nights down there (t-funkshun, lost soul and disted twisco all used to put stuff on there)

We've managed to book Bar Fresa now so the panic is over, although we're still annoyed at the Lemon Lounge for cancelling us when we booked the place in March :evil:
