Just noticed that chibuku tickets for Ian Brown on 16 April are being touted on e-bay. This has really annoyed me as they are selling for £65 for a pair and the auction not even finished yet. The seller is advertising this as an indie gig and no mention of a DJ set.
Well, I have my 2 tickets at least and I'm counting down the days...
Sorry to grumble but ticket touting for a club night is rubbish.

i think putting 1200 + tickets on ebay may be more hassle than its worth. and not work. but thanks for the cunning plan.

i noticed the ian brown tickets on ebay so i did some phantom bidding , u know when someone has set their maximum bid really high so they get it, i got it from 10 pound to twenty pound just to spite them. then i went and bought my tickets from probe records, muahhahaha

That's nice of you. Did you then stay up all night programming some computer virus to wipe everybody's personal data and work off their computers?
The only person you've helped there is the ticket tout.

It may have been a better idea to e-mail the person bidding and let them know they're still on general sale

Neither, he's gonna sit in a cage wearing a dapper tweed suit pulling monkey faces and eating bananas... at least thats what I want to see.
