Picked up quite a few new and not-so-new bits from Phase and X Fade this week:

Marlon D presents The UC Anthem [Ricanstruction Label]
I have slept on this for weeks, having previously seen it credited as The Underground Anthem. The UC Sax remix and the Sole Channel mixes are featured on my 12" - are these different remixes of an original release?

The Backroom Bandits - You Don't Know What Love Is
A beautiful song with, I believe, Kurt Elling on vocals.
Does anybody know who the Backroom Bandits are?

Blood Sweat and Tears - Bloodfire (Original Re-Edit) [BF001]
An energetic jazz workout from this 70s jazz-rock fusion band... one of the freshest tracks I've heard for ages.

Big Alex Band - Ajoka [PlayHard]
Yam Who re-edits of Eastern European jazz-funk group, Big Alex Band. Dope!

Great tunes, thanks guys 8)
