Fair fucks, well played Liverpool, even as a Manchester United fan who has no time whatsoever for Liverpool FC, only the most blinkered football fan would not say fair play for that result (ouch that hurts!). I reckon Dudek's goal-line antics and mind games worked a treat.

I was suicidal at half time - they didnt look up for it - then the key change - Hamman on finnan off - this freed Gerrard up to go forward and after that he was like a man possessed - major congrats to all the players and big up to all fellow liverpudlians out there!

But i have to say i am an Arsenal fan but since living in this city for over two years now you cant help but feel a connection to this city , last night was fooking amazing. I went flyering straight after the game and walked through concert square and places , id never seen anything like it before. WELL DONE!!! :D :D

Unbelievable. What a fucking game. It was absolute carnage on the streets last night, when that penalty was saved I dont even know what went on for about 20 minutes. Paul Morgan you can fuck right off because we are EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS!!!!!! Emmma come over tonight for the trophy parade its in town about 8.30 and meadey will be there to take the piss out of. I thought we were fucked as everyone did (what a goal by crespo btw) but that 6 minute spell was unbelievable. There was shit flying everywhere in the dragon bar. I never thought Id see us win it, everyone goes on about how weve won it four times but the best thing Ive seen us win is the uefa. thats simply the finest comeback ever, and one of the greatest games too. first half classic liverpool prem performance, and then form no-where six beautiful minutes and the most inspired team effort was simply wonderful to watch. i fuckin hated it when man u won but im well glad in my football watching life i can now be proud of an english team winning the champions league!

traore was awful and so out of his depth i the first half but what a goal-line clearance. carragher was a fuckin warrior, when he went off 4 cramp and then came back on and lept for a tackle again, fuck off ferdinand and campbell and have him and terry playin 4 england. gerrad was amazin too and how about smicer's last ever game, almost forgives how shit he has been.

I'm a blue but got totally carried away last night. Singing and chanting with the rest of them. Even won myself some money after telling some bloke in the Swan that you'd come out fighting after half time :)

Town was incredible, I've never seen anything like it. it was like we'd won the war or something! Concert Sq was a sea of red, singing like they were in the Kop, Hardman St was just as good.

Today, however, I'm just hungover and in a world of pain. All I've got to be happy about is a bunch of reds telling me how they're the Kings Of Europe for the next 12 months.

Managed to wangle an hour off in work to see them at St Georges though... If my Dad knew I'd be homeless!

Infact thinking it about, you dont know what your talking about, hes been fucking quality and definitely redeamed himself since that awful slip in the FA.

Last night, he not only cleared it from the line but also made some good passing, was active on the ball and made some decent in the area tackels. Only complaint would be sometimes he was guilty of ball watching, but arguably most of the team where guilty of that in the first half...

On the subject, I love the way Cisse has dubbed himself "Lord of the Manor" and prevented the locals from hunting on this land. Brilliant.

Mate , I've got a season ticket at Anfield, so have unfortunately had to see rather a lot of good ol' Djimi boy - fair enuff, he made a good block on the line last night and a couple of good tackles, but he's a shockin footballer overall, and isnt anywhere near good enough for the Reds (think Warnock does a better job overall when he s given a chance).

But what the hell? the Red men did the business and that's the bottom line. :D
