Went to Capoeira for the first time last night and I literally cannot walk properly now. My legs just won't move at the right time, I feel like I'm crippled :cry: I can't get a shower because I can stand up for a long time and I cna't get a bath because I can bend down and I doubt if I managed it into the bath I'd be able to get bsck out.
They say sports meant to be good for you! I've signed myself up for another 10 weeks - god help me.
